Escambia County residents have a chance to share where they stand on the Local Option Sales Tax before it heads to the ballot this November. Penny for Progress has opened a new survey, conducted through the University of West Florida Haas Center, asking locals how they feel about the penny and the projects it funds across Escambia County and the City of Pensacola. It takes only a minutes, and the survey is open through Sept. 30.
